Filling out a new onboarding form can feel like a lot. Here's everything you need to know before you get started.

What the asterisk (*) means

Any field marked with an asterisk (*) is required. These are the essentials we need to get your account built and your AI Agent live, things like your business name, contact info, and address.

What about the other fields?

Everything else is optional. These fields simply give us more detail to work with, so the more we know about your business, the more we can tailor your AI Agent, pipeline, and follow-up system to sound and act like you.

That said, there's no pressure to fill out every optional field in one sitting. Fill in what you know, skip what you don't, and come back to it later if something comes to mind. A few blank fields won't slow down your setup, and we'd always rather you submit the form than stress over getting it "perfect."

A few tips as you go

  • Take it section by section. The form is split into Business Information, AI Agent, and Pipeline, and you don't have to finish all three at once.

  • Don't overthink the optional fields. Short answers are just as helpful as long ones. If you're not sure what to write, a sentence or two is plenty.

  • You can always update it later. Nothing here is permanent. If something changes about your business or how you want your AI Agent to sound, just reach out and we'll make the update.
